Currently detect bearing abnormal sound in two ways. One is based on acoustic noise detection method, the other is based on the vibration detection method.
(A), the noise detection: the base is less than 20db noise silencer environment, the use of high quality microphone to extract a certain distance and direction signals bearing sound pressure, and by a method of analysis extract the abnormal sound component, is the direct measurement approach abnormal sound.
(B), the vibration detection method: a method for indirect detection of abnormal sound can be divided into qualitative and quantitative assay method parameter detection.
